PRESIDENT & ceo: aLAND STAMPS
Aland Stamps is the founder, President, and CEO of River Jordan. He is a former foster youth who grew up in foster care during the late 70’s and 80’s. After 11 years in foster care and 20 different placements (foster homes, group homes, and institutions), Aland aged out of foster care and into homelessness. In 2014, the idea of River Jordan was born and has led us to where we are today.

VICE PRESIDENT: ANTHONY WHITE
Anthony White is a family oriented Christian man who is a licensed and ordained Elder with World Link of Churches and Ministries. Anthony can be quotes saying, "I believe that anybody can be successful in life, personally and professionally, if given the right tools and opportunity to succeed." This quote speaks directly to River Jordan's mission of attempting to connect foster youth with the community resources they need

SECRETARY: trisha shafer
Trisha Shafer is a Client Service Specialist with Bay Arenac Behavioral Health. She has her Limited License Bachelor of Social Work (LLBSW) and is a certified Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP). Trisha works with adults with developmental disabilities and coordinates services to be a link and advocate for them. Trisha became a part of the River Jordan family through her personal experiences as a foster parent. Trisha can be quoted saying, "There is a huge need for additional support and filling in the gaps between children being with a foster family and becoming an adult. RJ is a pioneer within this population and I am excited to be a part of the mission!"

Chairperson: Ashlee Hansinger
AshLee Hansinger is a Licensed Master Clinical Social Worker who earned her graduate degree from Michigan State University. AshLee is a Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor and certified in Critical Incident Stress Management. She serves as an advisory board member for River Jordan and assists in the supervision of social work and occupational therapy interns from Saginaw Valley State University. AshLee is passionate about social work as a profession and giving back to her community in any capacity that she can. She frequently volunteers with other organizations in the Bay Area, such as her church, and has dedicated her life to serving others with care, compassion, and kindness.

Legal ADVISORY MEMBER: Craig alston
Craig Alston, also known as ‘Judge Alston,’ in the Bay County area is the legal advisor for River Jordan Inc. He has over 40 years of legal experience and provides River Jordan with great perspectives as he served Bay County for 25 years as a district judge. He provides legal services in the areas of estate planning, elder law, Medicaid law, estate and trust administration, probate matters, real estate, and business law. Craig is truly a civil servant of his community through past and present endeavors as seen through his involvements with his church as a Deacon, Jaycee's, Lion's Club, Red Cross, Bay County Women's Center, Bay County Heart Association, and more.
